HONEYCRISP APPLE

GOLDEN DELICIOUS APPLE
The all-purpose apple. Yellow, sometimes with a bright pink blush if cool nights precede harvest. The Golden Delicious is mellow and sweet, great for eating out of hand, salads and especially baking. It is the favorite yellow apple for apple pie bakers!
RED PEAR
Dark red when harvested, then turning to a beautiful bright red when ripening. Red Bartletts are nicknamed “summer reds” for the time in which their harvest begins. They are crunchy and tart when under ripe, finishing super sweet and juicy when fully ripe.
BOSC PEAR
A fully russet skin and long neck makes for a beautiful cinnamon brown pear. Bosc are sweeter earlier in the ripening process over other pear varieties. They exhibit an elegant elongated neck creating a silhouette that is unique among pears. Experience the crisp dense texture, and a pleasant sweet flavor that is balanced with hints of fall spices.
D’Anjou Pear
The Anjou pear is juicy, with a sweet and brisk citrus flavor. Their exterior is a pale green with a light red blush and they are recognizable by their egg shaped appearance. These have a great shelf life and are sometimes referred to as a “winter pear”
